Contractual Term and Cancellation
All bin cleaning is for an initial period of three months, and will continue on a three month rolling contract basis until cancelled in accordance with our notice provision (as follows). To cancel, notice must be given to us during the course of a three month contract period to expire at the end of that period.  The bin cleaning service will conclude at the end of that period and all contractual sums owing will become due for payment. Service will be maintained in blocks of three months, until such time as cancellation is received and accepted by us. Payment for our service signifies consent to our contract period and cancellation provisions, irrespective of whether our contract has been formally signed by the customer. Failure to comply with the notice provision will result in the existing three months service fee becoming due and payable immediately.

Refund/cancellation policy
If we fail to deliver your bin cleaning within the 30 day period we will issue you with a full refund .

Once you have completed your minimum service of 3 months you can cancel the service this can be done by telephone or email.

If you are paying by direct debit and cancel your regular payment online you must contact us via telephone or email to stop the service otherwise we will continue to clean your bins and you will be charged.

If bills are not paid within 7 days they will incur an additional 5% charge per week until full payment is made.

Delivery Policy
All bins will be cleaned within 30 days of payment however our aim is to deliver the service within 1 week. It is important to contact us if you have made a payment online. This will speed up the process. Please be aware bins can be cleaned up to 2 – 3 days later after your cleaning date. It is your responsibility to ensure your bins are left out if you keep them in a locked garden or garage as charges may occur if we can’t get access to bins.

 

Privacy Policy
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
