Contractual Term and Cancellation

All subscription bin cleaning is for a minimum period of three months, and will automatically continue on a three month rolling contract basis until cancelled in accordance with our notice provision (as follows). To cancel, notice must be given to us (via whatsapp or email) during the course of a three month contract period to expire at the end of that period. Service will be maintained in blocks of three months, until such time as cancellation is received and accepted by us. If you do not contact us after the 3rd clean is complete, your service will continue automatically, and you will be invoiced accordingly.
Payment for our service signifies consent to our contract period and cancellation provisions, irrespective of whether our contract has been formally signed by the customer. Failure to comply with the notice provision will result in the existing three months service fee becoming due and payable immediately.
If bills are not paid within 7 days they may incur an additional 5% charge per week until full payment is received.
If you pay for your service via direct debit (recurring payment) and cancel your payment this does not mean the service has been cancelled. You must contact us via whatsapp or email to notify us so we can process the cancellation of service as per the terms above.
You can not cancel the service via a driver. You must contact the office.

Complaints Policy

If you are not satisfied with your bin cleaning service, you must notify us of this within 48 hours of the clean. Notification can be sent via whatsapp or email. We will ask you to send over some photos of the inside and outside of the bin/s in question. These will be sent over to management who will review these and, if necessary, arrange for this to be rectified.

Refund/cancellation policy

If we fail to deliver your bin cleaning service within 30 day of the booking, we will issue you with a full refund.
If you book online and need to cancel your order before the first clean we will process a refund minus the online gateway fee. Stripe fees are non-refundable.
Pricing and frequency of cleaning may differ in certain extended area postcodes. If you book and are not satisfied with the frequency of cleaning and/or price difference we can offer a refund minus the online gateway fee. Stripe fees are non-refundable.
If you book and we do not cover your area you will not be refunded the online gateway fee. Stripe fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Policy

We always aim to deliver within 5 working days of your booking. However, this is based on availability and council collection schedules that we have to abide by. All bins will be cleaned within 30 working days of payment. It is important to contact us if you have made a payment online as this will speed up the booking process. If ever your clean is missed due to delays this will be automatically rescheduled for the following day. In rare occasions we can run up to 3 days behind schedule, if so, where possible, we will empty and line/put back the waste in order to clean. It is your responsibility to ensure your bins are left accessible, if you keep them in a locked garden/garage etc and we are unable to access them you may still be charged for the visit.

Please be aware bins can be cleaned up to 2 – 3 days later after your cleaning date. It is your responsibility to ensure your bins are left out if you keep them in a locked garden or garage as charges may occur if we can’t get access to bins.
